Although this tutorial is written for Advanced, Steps on how to measure the size of your cabochon and materials required for different size cabochon are also included in this tutorial. This would help you to adapt the technique to different type or size of cabochon or stones.

This technique is very versatile. You can apply this technique not only as bezel setting for cabochon but also to decorate or create other unique jewelry. The possibility is endless.

Please note that commissions are subject to availability of materials and usually requires upfront 50% non-refundable deposit of the agreed price. You would be required to pay the balance of the agreed price upon completion of a particular custom-made item. Please note that all agreed price does not include shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise notified.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards via secure online PayPal payments in US Dollar.

If you are Malaysian, we accept local bank transfer to our Maybank account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Upon confirmation of your order, you are required to make payment within two (2) days otherwise your order would be cancelled automatically and you will be blacklisted!

Shipping

All items will be carefully packed and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelope. Some items may come to you in a box. Shipping and handling charges are inclusive of wrapping, packaging and shipping charges.  After receipt of your full payment, your orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days.

Shipping within Malaysia is usually by Pos Laju, unless otherwise stated. Indicative shipping charges starts from MYR 6.00 upwards (for West Malaysia) and MYR 8.00 upwards for East Malaysia.

International Orders

International orders will be delivered via International Registered Airmail from Malaysia. Delivery may take approximately 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location and custom clearance. It may take longer period to be delivered during peak and holiday seasons. Signature is required for delivery. If no one is at home, you will receive a card to collect your parcel from local post office. If you fail to collect during the stated time frame (usually 2 weeks), parcel will be returned as “unclaimed”. You will need to pay for shipping for any re-delivery of items.

All duties or import taxes, if any, are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the custom authorities or any inconveniences or delay in custom release of any parcels.Please note that we have no control over any delay caused due to custom clearance. However, we endeavour to assist you in checking the status of the delivery if you contact us.

We will provide you a shipping notification which includes the registered tracking number, if applicable after shipping your parcel. If you have not received your shipment after four (4) weeks, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.

Express Shipping Services

We can ship via DHL Express or FEDEX International Priority if you require items urgently. It would usually take 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.

We have secured a very competitive rate for express parcel. If you require this service, please convo us and provide your shipping address. We will check with our shipper and provide you with the delivery schedule and shipping charges.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable unless it is due to error on our part. If any item reaches you in damaged condition, please notify us within THREE (3) days of receipt and we will work with you for a resolution. We cannot accept any responsible or liabilities for items lost/damaged in transit but we will attempt to file for compensation on your behalf, if possible.
